1. Paid plan billing
SPUDZWARE paid account plans are sold in 30-day service periods unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. Purchasing a paid plan provides the account entitlement and hosting resources described at checkout for the applicable period. Cancelling a renewal prevents a future renewal charge but does not normally erase the already-paid service period.
Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. SPUDZWARE does not intentionally store full payment-card details on its website backend.
2. When a refund may be approved
3. Requests that are not automatically refundable
A refund is not automatic merely because a user changes their mind after using the paid service, stops using a server, lets a plan expire, deletes server data, receives a reward/free entitlement, or loses access because of a valid Terms of Service or security enforcement action. SPUDZWARE may still review unusual circumstances individually.
Third-party charges or services not sold by SPUDZWARE are governed by the provider that charged you.
4. How to request a refund
- Open SPUDZWARE Support from the website.
- Use the account email associated with the purchase.
- Provide the plan name, approximate charge date, and a short explanation.
- Do not send full card details, passwords, API keys, or OAuth tokens.
- SPUDZWARE may ask for enough information to match the request to the payment record.
5. Refund timing
If a refund is approved, SPUDZWARE submits it through the payment processor. The time it takes to appear in your bank, card, or wallet is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution, so it may not appear immediately after approval.
6. Consumer rights
This policy is not intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived. If local consumer law gives you stronger cancellation, refund, or remedy rights, those rights continue to apply.
For billing questions that are not covered here, contact SPUDZWARE Support before opening multiple duplicate requests.
