Why can an account be suspended?
SPUDZWARE may restrict an account when activity appears to break the Terms of Service, threatens platform security, abuses hosting resources, attempts to bypass account or plan limits, interferes with other users, or creates a significant payment or fraud concern. A suspension is intended to protect the hosting platform while the issue is reviewed.
“Your SPUDZWARE account has been suspended. Review the reason shown with your account and contact Support if you believe this was a mistake.”
The exact reason should be shown wherever SPUDZWARE presents the suspension state. If the reason is unclear, include your account email and any relevant server name when contacting Support. Never send your password, Google password, Discord token, payment-card number, or Cloudflare credentials.
What happens to my Minecraft servers?
A suspension can block account access and server-management actions while the account is restricted. SPUDZWARE's existing service lifecycle normally retains hosted server data for a limited recovery period rather than immediately erasing it. The current policy describes a seven-day retention period for servers on an account that remains banned, after which those servers may be permanently deleted.
Because storage failures, billing disputes, security incidents and manual reviews can require different handling, you should not treat temporary retention as a backup guarantee. If you regain access, download important worlds and keep your own backups whenever possible.
How to ask for a review
- Read the reason shown with the suspended account.
- Open SPUDZWARE Support and choose the account or website category.
- Provide the account email, relevant server name, and a short explanation of why you believe the suspension should be reviewed.
- If the issue relates to a payment, include the date and plan name but do not send full payment credentials.
- Wait for a developer/owner response. Repeated tickets do not make the review faster.
Common questions
Can I still join a server while my account is suspended?
That depends on the server state and the reason for the restriction. Account management can be blocked even when a Minecraft process remains online for a period of time.
Will paying for a plan automatically remove a suspension?
No. Billing status and account enforcement are separate. A payment does not automatically reverse a security or Terms-related suspension.
Can a suspension be permanent?
Yes, serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of account access. Support can explain what review options are available for the specific case.
Where do refunds fit in?
Refund requests are handled under the SPUDZWARE Refund Policy. A suspension does not automatically create or cancel a refund right, and applicable consumer-law rights still apply.
